Highly Recommend Pinnacle Autism Center! If you’re in need of a center to help with your child/ children, Pinnacle Autism is by far the best in town! They genuinely care about the kids.

Pinnacle has really helped my family and I understand next steps in our child’s life and has helped us, the parents gain more understanding around our child’s behavior and how to be an advocate for them. So grateful I found this clinic close to our home in Columbus, GA! Reach out if you have that little question plaguing you about what’s going on with your child. They are so supportive! I would love to give a public recognition to the three staff members I saw go above and beyond for the children. I have never been to this facility but I did meet them at an indoor playground on Amsterdam St. Pardon me for not knowing names as I was chasing my kids around. This shout out is for the three staff members: blonde short lady, the young man and the young lady with twists braided together. They were never on their phones, weren't mingling with each other, actually interacting and playing with the kids and goodness they were so so so patient! I have never seen such great, attentive caregivers. When I see amazing people like them, it makes me want to give companies like this, my business, my time and my trust. It makes me feel comfortable that my kids would be taken care of. Thank you! I would love to give y'all a public recognition and I pray this gets back to you. I gave this a 4/5 review because I did overhear a few times a lady with a butterfly tattoo on her arm and another young lady with black tights on speak very negatively about other parents and children. You do not know what people are going through. You cast judgement on others but never realize the judgement you are making is really about yourself. I pray you both have a change of heart and can learn to keep your opinions to yourself. I pray no one hears your hurtful words. Thank you to the three staff members! I hope the world encounters more people like you guys.

Very unprofessional and the owner is rude

I have written this many times trying to come up with the appropriate words. I am just beyond thankful with the staff and services my son received. My son in all honesty went from not speaking to now saying sentences, singing clearly and expressing his emotions. This is a tough job for the therapists and I am grateful for them coming into our path. Without them my son would not be thriving the way he does now. I would recommend their services to anyone because they love to see all children thrive and grow. Shout out to both locations and my son misses all of you guys, there is not a day he doesn’t ask if he is going to ABA. Awesome job and thank you for getting him ready for pre-k. Ps. to the lady that made a rude comment I don’t condone violence but you can also get out of your car and walk your child inside there is a second entrance on the other side. Pinnacle isn’t responsible for other people’s actions, just saying they don’t deserve that.

I am delighted to express my immense gratitude towards Pinnacle and its exceptional staff for the significant role they played in my daughter’s development. Although we no longer attend the institution, my daughter frequently speaks of her RBTs and cherishes the memories of the time she spent with them. I honestly don’t have any words too say about this services. All I can say is very unprofessional, people smoke outside the facility while dropping off kids. They take them outside in the heat and letting them get bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. Don’t even put the effort in this precious little one’s. They have them as zombies! Am so glad as a great mother my child doesn’t attend this facility! At all! My son and I came in a long way, waiting on a waiting list just so he could have 2 3 sessions and couldn’t continue his services because how happy of a child he was at the time. Got services denied from the facility because of he was too much for them. We’re glad this experience happen, because the minute they gave us an excuse too stop services. We didn’t stop! We found a very reasonable place that excepted him of how he was! And less than 6 months. He has made a lot of process! And he is too start school! As expected! Am glad and thankful this place close there doors from my son. He was able to get the help and right services from staff that actually cares about this kids. If this wouldnt have ever happen he wouldn’t be where’s his at now. Achieving! Processing as how he should be!
