The intake therapist at this office doesn't need to work in the mental health industry. She is rude, and I was barely able to tell her why I was there before she escorted me out and said she would not talk to me

Absolutely horrible establishment. I had to call and reschedule my appointment due to horrible storms on the way to the appointment. Not being able to see the road, and having my car pull from the water. Only then to be called back and told that I will be dropped from Pinnacle Point as a whole if I don’t ‘reconsider’ my choice and come to the appointment. Also being told that my provider personally went out of their way to check the weather radar, and had the audacity to tell me the weather isn’t bad enough. While I am an hour away from the Benton establishment, and was unable to see the road due to how bad the weather conditions were. I personally would NOT recommend, as I feared for my safety during this hour long drive and was instead dropped and basically threatened to show up or be dropped from the whole establishment. Very sorry people.

Do not recommend. Did not help my child and the current clinic supervisor lies. I had heard how bad the place was, but didn't really believe it, until I experienced it. Poor management and the good therapists don't stay. Constant change over in employees and management. They really need to close this place.

A week after seeing the doctor and still no meds for my son. Apparently doctor is only there twice a week and if a patient needs something they just have to wait. Edit: well I'm glad that they didn't let it go through. The next doctor I went to told me that the amount of medicine their doctor gave my very skinny and small (was premature) 7 year old would have eventually stopped his breathing. If the insurance hadn't blocked it I wouldn't have a son right now and I trusted these people. Do not let them care for you, your dog, your cat, your pet rock. They almost killed my baby.

I would not recommend them. I specifically told my therapist that I left my last therapist because she did that yawn thing more than once, even after I brought to her attention . So what does he do the same thing. Twice in one session. Not only that and more importantly he never asked about me. We talked about my daughter, yes, but he never asked a thing about me. So, I'm done, and since the third therapist wasn't a charm, I'm going to hope all goes well, and find some self help online. Save your time.
