Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Jeanine has been working with children with autism for over 20 years! She is exceptional at what she does and I would highly recommend her and her business to any parent looking for guidance with their child. Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable but she is both passionate and kind. Her services transform the lives of those she works with and that is clear by the outcomes of everyone she has worked with.
We are deeply disappointed by our experience with this ABA provider, particularly in how services were concluded after approximately three months of care and how our family was treated during the transition. Our child has significant developmental needs. He is nonverbal, not independent, and requires consistent, intensive therapeutic support. We enrolled him with this center after making the difficult decision to withdraw from an established ABA provider, based on our trust in this organization’s representations regarding their ability to support his needs appropriately. After several months of services, we were informed that our child could no longer be served due to staffing and safety limitations, effectively positioning him as a liability. While we understand that providers must assess capacity, this was especially concerning given that this organization identifies itself as specializing in ABA services for children with complex developmental profiles. The manner in which services were ended was particularly troubling. When we were instructed to retrieve our child’s belongings, they were placed in a bag on a table without acknowledgment, conversation, or a professional send-off. No staff member met with us to discuss transition planning, continuity of care, or next steps. As a result, our family is now faced with starting over entirely in securing medically necessary services for a child who depends on structured therapeutic support to make progress. For families navigating significant developmental needs, continuity of care and respectful transitions are critical. Providers serving vulnerable children have a responsibility not only to deliver clinical services, but to handle service discontinuations with transparency, dignity, and professionalism. We hope this feedback encourages reflection on how families and children are treated at the conclusion of care.
If you would have asked me a few years ago, I would’ve said that they’re amazing but if you ask me now, I would say to me they are snotty and judgmental and they are not understanding my daughter used to go there and at the time I had a newborn and it got really hard for me and I had really no help and a year ago I had called and asked if my daughter could go back. They said it would be a year waitlist so we go through the year and when I am trying to get a hold of them again, they basically told me now that according to her Attendance, they will not take her again a child talking about an autistic child here who could use the help and gratefully we are in ABA And we do love the school we’re at, but we don’t love the drive. I feel like they are snotty preppy, and think they’re better that’s how I look at it. But of course, everybody else is gonna say otherwise because they probably are the same. I don’t understand how you can be snotty working with children
