The secretary's here are beyond rude And unprofessional. It's sad that people come here for help with there mental health some people should really think about there jobs as more than just income.

I moved here from the northeast. I have a thirty year long, very serious mental health history. I asked if there was someone I could talk to, besides just getting medication. The guy I met with was very nice, but all he ever did was have me read from worksheets. It was doing absolutely nothing for me. I briefly saw a therapist- briefly because he was always cancelling- and he was incredibly misogynistic. I tried the psych-rehab group. I tried talking to the other clients at first. They would not talk to me. I repeatedly said I was homesick; I was basically told to stop complaining and get over it. Staff started to get short with me and give me dirty looks, as if I was being offensive. I don't know why. I've been to groups tons of times, and staff didn't act like I was being a jerk. One day, the guy came at my neck accusing me of trying to belittle someone on the group, which I definitely was not trying to do. I think it's just the attitude towards mental health in this part of the country. It's very stigmatized. For example, one day on the bus in this town, a very sick looking woman was clearly having a mental health crisis. Passengers all shouted at her and they called the police. One woman told me she would not have been calm like I was, and implied she would have hurt the woman. My mental health became really bad after going to PMS for two years. I started having panic attacks, the likes of which I'd never experienced. They stopped shortly after moving back to the northeast. I ended up being hospitalized twice after returning home, because my mental health had deteriorated so much.

Kinsey Airhart was absolutely wonderful; she truly cared and took my concerns seriously. This was such a relief to have a doctor listen and care.

Professional and friendly staff, sometimes it can get a little busy but they still do what they can. Glad this service is in this area as there's not a lot around, especially a group that takes the work seriously.

Absolutely awful service, from the doctors to the front staff. I was told 4 days ago that they would send in my medications. They did not, I had to wait until the end of the weekend to call them again. I had to call them 5 times on Monday because that entire time they did not return my calls and I didn’t receive any information. When I finally was put through the receptionist was extremely rude, did not listen to me at all. I said I needed 4 medications, I gave them the name of each one. They put in 2. I have been off my medications going on 5 days now. I’m going through such bad withdrawal. Not to mention this has happened on multiple occasions. For a mental health clinic, they sure don’t care about their patients mental health.

Please be careful when it comes to coming to this place. They are not good when it comes to just therapy the first evaluation that my friend had they immediately put her on four different medication‘s that she didn’t need. She was just going through a hard time that therapy could’ve fixed if the therapist would’ve been patient enough. My friend openly expressed that they wanted to go into the military, but they still pushed her in therapy sessions to get on medication that she only took for about three months and then six months later. Caryn the therapist dismissed her from therapy saying that she was fine and she no longer needed it. Why would you not just go through therapy instead of slamming medicine into peoples faces. Not a real therapy place real therapy would take the time to work through things before slamming meds into every patients face
