We had our weeding here in October 2025. The venue, value and customer service were amazing. We went with the PCC for the value and the food. Who doesn't love pierogies and halupkis. The cost was very reasonable. The PCC team worked with us through every step of the process. The event went off without a hitch. Adam and Kris are amazing, and we would recommend this place to anyone.

What a great venue! Adam & team were amazing to work with. Prompt & clear communication, fair pricing, great service. We considered many other venues throughout the county, but this was the best fit - they provided the greatest flexibility with food, timing, vendors, linens, etc. They offered us options and suggestions, and were willing to accommodate our specific requests. Highly recommend.
We hosted our daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday party here and had a fantastic experience. From the tour, to the event, Adam patiently answered all of our questions. We liked the tall ceilings, neutral wall color, and wood floors. The round tables seated 6-8 people and the chairs were in great shape. The sound system was great, as were the decorative twinkle lights that hung from the ceiling. The space was large enough to accommodate our 75 guests with plenty of room for dancing, eating and our photo booth. Our guests had a great time! Thanks for an amazing experience! We will definitely be hosting events here in the future!
Perfect location for a wonderful Wigilia celebration. 12-10-2023 Resumed Wigilia celebration for over 100 people. Very good food and good time put on by the Kopernik Polish Society and the Kopernik ObservatoryandScienceCenter!
Krys, I truly enjoyed working with you and your attention to detail is what made our event such a success. The food was outstanding with friendly staff and amazing service. I like the amount of space your venue offers, but also believe it could use a little refresh (paint and lighting). I understand that is just aesthetics and doesn't impact the available usage and service, which is why our funeral lunch was so wonderful. I will highly recommend PCC to friends and family.
