One stayed on her phone the whole time. Professionalism was awful..your child's livelihood at stake you dont have time to play around with I consistency or ppl thats not really qualified but a need a job. The whole best part of my interaction with this program was meeting the supervisor. Other than that . Please shop for aba services for your children, read the reviews ask around .
