I have waited since the end of September/beginning of October to have a suitable pair for my son, and it is now January of 2026. Companies like this are the reason it has taken me going on 2 years to find a match for an ABA therapist (I have been looking since May of 2024 and had multiple companies do this so far). They make you think they have technicians available who are properly trained, and they are not. They try to keep your child enrolled as long as they can so they can collect money for services they are unable to provide. They gave my son a therapist who was new to the field after we told them he needed someone experienced, and then have had me waiting for three months for a technician to become available. Please stop wasting these family's time, and be transparent, so we can actually find someone to help us instead of stringing us along! (Edited to include correct years)

I was totally disappointed and sad for my son Please advocate for your children. And also shop around to make sure your child gets what they need. Just because you have state insurance you still deserve good service for your children. My experience was not a good one. No shows, 1 was a 1st ever dealing with an autistic child he came from working with prisoners. They came and literally were babysitters. They didnt come with an agrnda for khalib just winging it. One stayed on her phone the whole time. Professionalism was awful..your child's livelihood at stake you dont have time to play around with I consistency or ppl thats not really qualified but a need a job. The whole best part of my interaction with this program was meeting the supervisor. Other than that . Please shop for aba services for your children, read the reviews ask around . Dont take the first thing your primary suggest. Your child with thank you later
