They violate ethics and any judgments. Stay away. If the violate you and your childs rights. 1st report them to health and welfare. Me im skipping steps and going directly to division of occupational licensing. I want my day of trial against my accusers. Pretty sad when basic research can teach you more than the counselors.
I'm pretty disappointed with this place. I made an appointment to talk to someone, specifically with emdr training. I was sent a bunch of documents to go through and sign which I did thoroughly. So far so good... well when I got there we didn't even talk, she just read me an assessment and I answered the questions. Now couldn't I have done this before the meeting so I could of actually had time to talk, instead we fumbled around this list of questions I was more than capable of handling myself. When I was able to ask about emdr therapy I'm now told that she hasn't done it in a very long time and didn't sound confident about being able to still do it. Furthermore when she was ushering me out I still was trying to understand why I wasted a whole session on an assessment I could of done at home. She didn't have any answers for me and just said I don't know. I left there feeling cheated and extremely disappointed. I probably shouldn't have expectations but I definitely thought when I was making an appointment I was actually going to talk to someone. I posted a screen shot of the portal and it definitely appears I could of been sent this prior to my appointment.

Positive connection has some of the best councilor med and groups you could ask for. Super friendly staff. If your looking for your child stat is awesome my son loves it going from a only child to have 2 baby brothers and starting school stat helped him alot. I will always recommend this facility.
Carol Layne specialist in grief and lost issues. She looked at me and said I really can't help you or know what to do because my experience is limited with people like you. I left the office with a huge bill and being told there isn't help for people like me. I would of been alot further ahead just not going then being told there is no hope for me. I rather go alone then be given false hope from someone that doesn't have the experience to help with the lost of a child and family. And on top of being told that I don't think working on your billings during someone's appointment real makes a helping environment. Save your money and time and go elsewhere because there are counselor that are helpful just not this one
Greatest counseling center in twin falls. Helped me when I was feeling down and hopeless. I love the staff and providers. My peer support worker is the greatest!!!!! I personally recommend this amazing business.
The receptionist were kind towards me and quick to answer any of my questions. My counseling session was more than helpful. My counselor went above and beyond by truly listening and giving me the EXTRA resources and encouragement I needed to achieve better MENTAL HEALTH! Thank you, Ms. Tonya. I recommend this place and hope people give counseling a chance.
