Called this place awhile back desperate at the time to get help, left a couple messages then finally got a hold of an actual person who In a very rude and hurtful tone for someone answering phones to speak to people seeking help informed me they got my messages and when they were ready would call me back from a list of people. I never did get a call back and that was literally months ago.
Wonderful relationships with therapist and receptionist who listen to you and take your problems and helps you turn them into a positive pathway. They live up to their name well. I had moved to the area for my job back in October and started going here in November. I needed to get some things off my chest and was very negative but liked the name of the place and checked it out online and decided to try it out. I was impressed with the constructive feedback and empathetic approach of my therapist. She helped me set goals for myself and in just a few short months I achieved what I needed. She helped ME realize what I needed to do and I appreciated that she didn't hold my hand through it all. Some people need that but she could read me well and see though my facade and I liked that. Anyway, I recommend going if you need help but are skeptical about the process. They aren't going to send you away or belittle you or make you feel worse. They make you feel better.
