We had an amazing year at Positive Steps. Our daughter has grown so much, and we’ve seen so many positive changes. The entire staff helped her learn the skills she needed to enter Kindergarten. Her BCBA, Julianne was so supportive, caring, attentive, and truly made a difference. Forever thankful!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with BCBA, Cassie Ziesk and Julianne Fernandez, both of which were patient, down to earth and super informative. They are a true treasure with the kids and are always on their game with updates and parent trainings so you can follow through with your kids at home. The RBT’s are all truly amazing, my child enjoyed every minute of his time here and their care made a world of a difference. I saw my child grow and improve a little everyday! He’s a brand new kid! A big THANK YOU to all the PSABA staff! I recommend them 10/10. I would definitely come back again!

Been a parricipant for about 1 year, not having family in the country and after the autism diagnost the lonelyness feeling was taking a tool on us as a family. Once we decide to give ABA chance we found the care and extended family we were most in need of here... Lacey,Alanis,Micael, Mathew,Jess, all the great team they have build have help our little one archive things doctors told us may not be posible. That is priceless for us! I can’t say enough amazing things about this place truly the staff have changed our lives in the best way possible !!! From the beginning with my 3 year old who was diagnosed with ASD level 3, when I first called and spoke directly to the owner Irene who was amazingly sweet and informative made me confident to begin this journey for my daughter. After that I got in touch with Cassie the BCBA and clinic director who basically held my hand through it all sent pictures to ease my mind as I was so scared and nervous to leave my baby girl anywhere inpatient without me there but I’m so glad I trusted these wonderful people because it’s been almost a year and my daughter has surpassed milestone after milestone she surprises us daily sky is the limit with the help of what’s now become a second family to my daughter and honestly my whole family she LOVES it there. A huge shout out to Jenna and Bry just a couple of the awesome RBTs there they care and have created such a bond with my girl they deserve so much recognition. I can go on and on but to wrap it up I have never had a single issue since the beginning every staff member I’ve come in contact with and witnessed interact with not only me and my family but all the other beautiful families who attend there have been extraordinary! I know how scary this entire journey for all the parents and loved ones is but if I could give you this advice going with positive steps you will be happy and your loved one will be safe and grow into the amazing human they are inside and out. Thank you so much Irene, Martika (rockstar admin kindest I’ve ever dealt with), Cassie, Bry, Jenna and the rest of my positive steps ABA squad ❤️ what you do is appreciated and you do make a difference !

It's rather upsetting that the owner stated she has no recollection of me as a previous client after I've personally spoken to and emailed her prior to my son being enrolled here. His spot at this location was given to another child and we were informed that we'd be contacted when another spot had opened up. They chose not to hold his spot while he was on vacation which is understandable, but what's upsetting is that this was not communicated to us so that we could make changes in our schedule to accommodate this policy. Months had gone by just for me to find out they had actually been accepting children again and just chose not to inform us. Irene ignored my husband's phone calls for weeks and would not return voicemails, so I decided to personally text his therapist to see what was going on. With that being said, you may want to think twice if you want to take your child on a summer vacation prior to enrolling them here. Nonetheless, I do still intend to reach out to the owner. Maybe there's a chance she knew nothing about this.
