Positive Steps Therapy

The therapists I met with at Positive steps were so nice, caring and so patient with my son especially whenever he was nervous. Would recommend this place to everyone

My son has been at Positive Steps for years for both speech and OT, and the personalized care plan that the therapists work to make up is unmatched - they really do a great job with listening and trying to work with other therapists (school, behavioral etc) to make sure there’s a continuity of care. I recently told Bayleigh that my son seemed to take interest in some introductory signs as a form of communication and she told me she knows ASL and will try and incorporate some of that into his activities. I’ve learned a ton from all the OTs and SLPs over the years! Add Sharon at the front desk as the cherry on top, and we’ve been so pleased with all my son’s progress.

Sharon at the front desk is absolutely wonderful She is just great to work with to assist with scheduling appts. All of the therapists that have worked with both of my children have been awesome too. Great place!

Miss Sydney, Miss Alyssa and Miss Monica were all so helpful in helping my son's development! They were so kind and professional, and my son will still talk about Miss Sydney and cheer when he tries new foods ♥️ we are very thankful for this amazing team!

We absolutely love Positive Steps!! From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm, inviting, and perfectly designed for kids. Miss Sharron is your first point of contact and she greets every kid and family with such a warm welcome and smile! She’s amazing!! Every therapist we’ve worked with has been incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping our child thrive!! My daughter has made amazing progress since starting therapy here — not just in her specific goals, but also in confidence and communication. Everyone takes time to explain everything and always includes us in the process, which I love!! You can tell they all love what they do, because it shows in how they treat every child like an individual. We’re so grateful to have found this place and would recommend it to any family looking for a caring, professional, and effective therapy team.
