Positive Synergy

We have been going to Positive Synergy for just about 3 years, and our experience has been nothing but great. Parent involvement is encouraged, and actually sets up your child for success. So I want to put this out there for parents who want to blame the RBT/BCBA on their child's lack of progress, you are needed for your own child's progress, you are responsible for carry over. That being said, the advice, the collaboration efforts, the communication, the staff, everything has been a defining experience. Being a mom with a child with special needs is very isolating, and I can definitely say that coming to Positive Synergy, hasn't just helped my children, its helped me as a mom. Everyone is so friendly, willing to listen to you, willing to BE THERE FOR YOU, and truly care for you and your children. The staff truly become part of your family, and its so wonderful to have that both in my childrens life and my life.

My son only very recently started therapy here (OT, ST & ABA) and I am already blown away by the level of care and help he is receiving! Every single staff member we have interacted with has been wonderful and I know my guy is in the best hands! My husband and I are so grateful!

Our family LOVES Positive Synergy! We cannot say enough great things about our time here! My son works with both Kate(SLP) and Bethany(OT) and we are so lucky to have them in his life. Kate has been my son's AMAZING SLP for over 5 years and is very dedicated to personalizing sessions, books, and his AAC device to fit his individual needs. She has committed her time to understanding his personality, and helping him to have a "voice". He adores every session with her and has grown so much since he has had her as his speech therapist. The connection she has worked to build with him is irreplaceable and we are forever grateful for her. We travel from Northern RI because of how incredible she is as a therapist. She is the BEST!! Bethany has been working with my son for a little over a year, and we are so impressed. Previously he had early intervention and OT services elsewhere, but nothing compares to his time with Bethany. Before we had Bethany as a part of our team, I did not fully understand his sensory needs. She takes the time to explain sessions and help us to better understand sensory. She is always so nice, and helpful and creates such a fun session. She has a very positive, upbeat personality and is SO great!! Both of these ladies truly love what they do, and are experts in their field. They have worked to build a relationship with my son. As soon as he sees the building he cannot wait to enter and begin his sessions. He looks forward to his time spent at Positive Synergy. Positive Synergy also has fun events for families like trick-or-treating! We are always greeted by friendly staff and a positive environment. The facility is something that also impresses me. Not only do they have many different sensory spaces, they also have a playground that can be utilized for sessions. Throughout the summer they have so many fun activities as well! From my whole family THANK YOU SO MUCH Positive Synergy!

Great experience for both my children, top notch therapy, beyond great staff, very warm, comforting and always attentive, beyond happy with results they've accomplished for us, highly recommended for anyone that needs their services, won't be disappointed

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Positive Synergy and everyone there who works with our son! From ABA to speech to playgroup, everything and everyone has been truly outstanding and our son is making such great progress!!!

My son was a client of theirs for 4 years. Without warning they dropped us because they changed their service area. The way they informed us was over email. So impersonal and cold after being with their company for so long. To me they are not the warm family friendly company they pretend to be. IMO, they do not have any loyalty to their clients and will make decisions based on what’s best for them and not the family.
