I’m reaching out because I had a very disappointing experience with one of your employees, Reniya. She came across as rude and disrespectful, and her behavior reflected a lack of professionalism. I was not happy with the way I was treated. Additionally, her grooming and overall appearance were not up to the standard I would expect in a client-facing role. I strongly believe she could benefit from additional training on professionalism, customer service, and presentation.

I called to seek ABA services for my son which he needs immediately and the wait-list is 1 year long of a wait. Umm no thank you too long.

ABA of Wisconsin has been able to serve a number of students at the school in which I work. The staff there are collaborative and flexible and listen to concerns from both schools and families to provide the most well rounded support to help every child. They have been truly life changing for a number of our students helping to keep them in the classroom and learning with their peers.

ABA of Wisconsin has made a HUGE difference in our lives, and I would highly recommend this company to any family touched by autism. Our youngest son was diagnosed at 2 1/2 yrs old. We struggled with his aggression for several years. My husband and I could not go out together because one of us had to stay home with our son at all times. So we went several years without being able to go out on a date. We sought help at several places, but no one seemed to know what to do for us. We were desperate and honestly felt pretty hopeless. It took the patience and knowledgeable guidance of our wonderful behavior therapist from ABA of Wisconsin to learn extremely effective strategies to help our son. Through implementating these strategies tailored specifically for our family we began to see improvement with our son’s behavior.w we have gotten to the point where a family member can be with our son and we can go out on dates now and even take the occasional vacation together. They continue to work with us as new transitions arise. Without the help of ABA of Wisconsin, I’m not sure this would ever have been possible. We are very grateful for Andrew and the staff at ABA of Wisconsin who made our family a priority and reinstalled some much needed normalcy back into our lives. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t send my dog here. They seem so nice and kind, but in reality it’s the exact opposite….i was on the edge of sending him there due to a pretty bad review I was from 6 months prior…. They assured me it wasn’t true… which was also false. My son had about 7 different therapist rotating. It confused him so badly. My son was almost potty trained and when they tried 3 days there he became MORTIFIED of the toilet… it’s been months later and he screams when he sees the toilet. He started coming home with bruises everywhere(arms, legs, stomach, and butt). I brought it to their attention, they said they would do an investigation. Went to pick up my son and THEY STRAIGHT UP BLAMED ME SAYING IT WAS HAPPENING AT HOME(I mean of course isn’t it easier to blame the parents 😂) I can assure you it wasn’t as we use no physical punishments. I also have pictures directly after we got home of new ones. I would come in for my parenting meetings and we would discuss the plans, and the next day they would do something completely different. After I pulled him, they kept calling and asking if I wanted to send him back…. We will now be avoiding ALL ABA therapist due to this place. It’s just all around a disaster and I would avoid it if you care about your children…

My son attended here for 3 years. After the second year when my original BCBA was promoted, my sons services took a decline in hours, friendliness, and effectiveness of treatment. He was getting less than 20 hours of therapy when he was having major behavior problems. I also was not comfortable with certain staff, and my concerns were dismissed. Very dissatisfied.
