Excellent service and great staff!

Initially, I had a great experience at Power of Wellness. The staff were very empathetic and knowledgeable, and I felt heard and supported in my healthcare journey. However, less than six months after establishing as a patient there, I received a phone call stating that my provider would no longer be seeing me because my health issues were too complex. I was extremely disappointed. I feel that she should have had an in-person conversation with me explaining that rather than having an administrative staff member call out of the blue and abruptly cancel my ongoing care - especially because I had an appointment scheduled with her on the following business day where she could have done so. The abrupt cancellation of my care led to loose ends (i.e., difficulty requesting records, etc.) that I have been unable to resolve despite repeated attempts.

Power of wellness is amazing! I needed to get my Coast Guard exam fast and they actually were so fast, I had to ask to wait till the morning which they got me in when they opened! They are top notch top to bottom. Peter and Carl got me all set up for the exam and Shyan took me back and got all my numbers followed up by Mandy! Even though the squeezed me in in-between patients, she addressed all my health needs and made sure I had everything to keep up to date on yearly things. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. Thank you team Power of Wellness!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my gratitude for Power of Wellness. From my very first visit, Mandy took the time to truly listen and understand, asking me to “start at the beginning and don’t leave anything out,” something no other provider had ever done. She, along with Carl and Shyan, have consistently shown the most genuine care, never rushing me and always finding a way to fit me in, even on short notice. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel heard, supported, and cared for. In my short time in Ketchikan, they made a remarkable difference. I’m so thankful for Mandy and her team; their compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly stand out. Honestly, I wouldn’t think twice about flying back to Ketchikan just for their care! Highly recommend!

I came here during my cruise because I had a growing skin infection on my leg and they got me in where super helpful with thinks that we didn’t have like info and what not and they got me around it and got me checked out got me some antibiotics and it was all healed at the time they told me the front desk guy I think his name was Carl I hope you remember me it was beginning of July I came in. But the doctor was super friendly and helpful. Definitely go here if you need help with something it was amazing super nice giving us nice places around the island to go see. But also what they gave me worked and helped my leg a lot. These are the before and after pictures. Amazing place!!!

The Power of Wellness team is the best medical services in all of Ketchikan. Everyone is not only kind, friendly and helpful but also competent and provide exceptional care and treatment. After years of dealing with an undiagnosed injury, Mandy helped me find the root cause and connected me with the quality specialist who helped treat my issue. She also was amazing dealing with my teen daughter for medical care. I can not recommend them highly enough.
