Preferred Family Clinic

Updating my review for January 2026: It is now extremely uncomfortable to wait in their waiting room. They never clean the chairs and there are mysterious stains on all of the seats. They also just installed some extreme air freshener that gives me an instant headache and I start coughing as soon as I walk in. I'm forced to wait by the elevators because I cannot breathe. If you have a sensitivity to fragrances then avoid this place. This office is great. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. The therapists are awesome. Mine in amazing. I also have friends that see the others and they love theirs too. They have a large office, but manage to make it a very individualized experience.

Looks can be deceiving and here at preferred family clinic I’m proud to say this is not true. Preferred family clinic is simply the greatest and have some of the most amazing and funniest therapists! They are kind and warming and understanding. I have never had a negative experience here and hope to whoever may read this may have the same experience! I would recommend Andy Skelton, he’s quite simple the best! he laughs at my jokes, fun to interact and a good Threapist. He’s helped navigate through life, understand my pain and struggles and how to move forward with myself. If I had to summarize in 2 words my experience I would simply say “it’s good!” So give it a try and see if you like it!

Amazing people to work with, friendly, and very helpful!

Through the years, and the tears, my family has been treated at Preferred Family Clinic. We’ve been grateful for the professional and compassionate care of every provider we’ve met. Currently, Andy Skelton is providing us with tools and counseling that has helped to see our lives with new eyes.

Our family has used Preferred Family Clinic for many years. They are always prompt and supportive. Making appointments are easy and the people are so friendly.The therapists are knowledgeable in different therapies and have helped our children with their individual therapy needs.

Prefered Family Clinic is the best. I really didn’t want to meet with a counselor and I was really embarrassed at first. The team was super easy to work with and my counselor made me feel really good about my situation. They focus on positive psychology, and I in no way feel like a helpless victim. They helped me recognize how I can overcome anything and return to full health. 10/10, 100% recommend!

I met with Andy Skelton to help with my ADHD diagnosis, and he was absolutely great to work with. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I also went into the clinic to complete the VR test, which was really interesting, and the staff there were wonderful as well. Andy took the time to go over my results with me in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

He takes the time to listen and provides thoughtful guidance that makes a real difference. The entire staff is also incredibly kind and welcoming, creating such a warm and comfortable environment from the moment you walk in. I always leave feeling better, supported, and cared for. I have had a great experience at Preferred Family Clinic. Dr. Nathan Sewell has been such a blessing for my kids aged 13 and 10. They love going to see him and he has been so helpful. There have been times I’ve emailed him with concerns or questions in-between sessions, and he’s replied with thoughtful and thorough responses. I highly recommend Nate and the entire clinic.

Preferred family clinic has honestly been the best help I have ever gotten! Randy has been the best phycologist ever! He has helped me with so much! He’s a person who actually cares and is going to help. He is very kind outgoing and knowledgeable! The front desk is so kind and accommodating! They are really good at helping scheduling and any issues! Overall the best phycologist and clinic I have ever been too, I will keep going for a long time!
