Dr. Riehl is very attention to your needs. She does not rush you and really focuses on your medical information by monitoring tests and identifying what is needed. The nurse is very attention and knowledgeable as well. He understand the Physician Authorization process for military related personnel and provides you with quick responses. This office has really turned it around in providing prompt infomation.

I love PMG Auburn. I am always able to get an appointment, staff is personable and professional, the doctor is very patient and experienced and she takes the time to listen. They also offer counseling and psychiatry. Our entire family has become patients of PMG.

Worst physicians in Auburn surrounding area, I have PTSD and without my knowledge after 4 years of being a patient they removed me “booted” me from their care. Leaving me scrambling to find a doctor to refill important meds I was out of, this was dangerous to my health and welfare as some medicine you can’t just go without. All they want is money on several occasions they were trying to get me to pay extra money though I had already paid up front for my copays and paid prior to the appointments. They are dei ran from my experience hate men and don’t believe in true patent care just out to rip you off and pumping you full of prescriptions and when you question them they don’t like it. The receptionist doesn’t like doing her job she will argue with you so she doesn’t have to. This whole practice should be shut down before they hurt someone and they will pay dearly in damages for it in a courtroom. 5/20/25 Please stop spreading lies I was never aggressive not once have I raised my voice in your offices not once. Your talking as if in order to be prescribed the medicine I’d have to fill out some paperwork.. news flash your office had me on this medication for 4 years and it worked. Please dig up proof of this lie of being aggressive instead of trying to publicly shame me for y’all’s malicious malpractices and make copies as I’d like one. You guys just don’t like it when people question your opinion and care. I’ve only ever questioned and talked with concern with your clown practitioner. No one ever seems to see the actual doctor why is this? But who ever it is has signed off on my medication since day one going back again 4 years you started prescribing. But knowing it’s an important prescription to my health and overall wellbeing you can anytime stop it? Well get ready for questioning because people have the right to communicate about their health. Stop trying to slander me and become productive and professional and treating patients not trying to make their lives and health a miserable one. CLOWN SHOW a bunch of lying hypocrites trying to spin the narrative away from y’all’s crapshoot practice.

My frustration lies with the Auburn office and team because for two years of going to Phoenix City to be seen as Auburn resident the wife and I were happy when the Auburn office finally opened. These doctors are a bunch of narcissist and control freaks, they take a Hippocratic oath that says do no harm, but they do no better in treating you. They pump you full of pills not getting to the bottom of what's causing your symptoms they just prescribe you more pills each time you come in. I suffer from PTSD and for 3 years they continued prescribing me Xanax 25 years total that I’ve been on the medication and just recently they abruptly ended it so in my opinion and defense I questioned their actions and expressed that taking me off the medication after 20 years of taking it would have potentially life threatening consequence. Weeks later they claimed in a letter that I never received they were discharging me from their care. Thumbs down the worst physicians don't go!!

Today was my first time visiting this office and I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional.

My husband and I like the kindness and patience of the staff. Dr. Riehl is very encouraging and listens with concern. Love the motivation she gives to make you feel better even for the little improvements in our health. 🥰
