I am highly disappointed at the owner's (Katerina Melitsopoulou) level of unprofessionalism. After being notified by my son's school that a speech therapist was available on-site, we requested his individualized education plan (IEP) to be transferred from Premium Therapy to his school. Immediately after learning this, Carmen, a staff member at Premium Therapy, removed my son's scheduled therapy sessions without previous communication and consent. We were willing to pay for these sessions out-of-pocket and even after mentioning this, she made it difficult for us to reach a resolution. My husband and I then wrote to Katerina, the owner, letting her know what happened and none of our messages, which were sent with a very respectful tone received a response.
Wonderful professionals, and notable improvement within a few weeks of services. Staff seems dedicated to their mission and the environment is welcoming to children.
