Nothing but love from every person on Primary's team. My family has been working with Primary BHS for nearly a couple of years and we consider this team as part of our family. I love working with Cassidi as my counselor and Sarai as my Peer Support, and my CBRS/CM. Chris and Kristi are my two favorite people. My cousin Ashley loves Lindsey's work, she is very passionate about her clients.

Counselors wonderful..office help amazing....billing on top of it.....help is here!!!!

This place is the best! The counselors are professional and personable. The receptionist is the friendliest and we look forward to seeing her every week. I have two granddaughters that use their services and are very happy with their counselors.

I’m a newer client with Primary Behavioral Health and so far my experience has been excellent. They offer different modes of therapy, CBRS, and Peer Support. I’m blessed to be able to participate in all three of their excellent services.

The intake process is grueling and seems unnecessary when you begin. I will admit I was skeptical. But I’m glad they do the process they do. They match you with the provider/providers that will work best for you and everything you have going on. My pre-teen child and I both receive services here and LOVE all of our providers. The front desk is knowledgeable, friendly and just the best gal ever. My daughter takes everything she says as the absolute holy truth. They couldn’t have hired a better personality for a front desk position. If you can go here and maintain patience thru the intake process it’s very worth it!! And they have referrals for psych/med management if that’s needed as well.

I’ve been here for around a year and every staff member is so sweet and supportive with my mental health!! I’m 18 years old and have had the pleasure of seeing a therapist who goes above for me to ensure my mental health is number one. Primary is always clean, very safe, very welcoming and always has my best interests at heart. ❤️

Everyone here is so kind and supportive! It feels so genuine and safe when you walk through the door. I feel i have already learned so much about myself and grown so much after only a few short months. I have started to look forward to coming to therepy every week. Even if it means it’s going to be a difficult day, i still look forward to being here. I knew instantly this was going to be the perfect fit for me because they take the time to understand not only what their clients need but also strive to make you comfortable in every situation.
