Earlier this year I brought my daughter in for an evaluation. The physician that did the interview was very nice and thorough. When I got the bill I was in shock. This organization charges around $600 per hour for their services. When I called in for an explanation I was told that they would look into it and call me back, but they never did. Through my insurance I was expecting to pay a copay, however they billed me for that, plus 5 other procedure codes that were not expected. The whole process left me frustrated and disappointed. Would not recommend them unless you have money to burn or have exceptional health insurance.
Awful experience. I would never recommend this facility for young children.
Highly recommend this place. My son has been thriving and improving each day. I now have peace of mind knowing my son is in such good care.
Prism autism is in one word amazing. They have worked tirelessly for my son to make sure that he had the best care possible. They were open with communication about his care, they were all considerate and kind on those rough days, and he has come such a long way it is amazing to see the progress he has made! I cannot thank prism enough for helping my son reach incredible heights we didn’t think were possible. Thank you again.
