I had to cancel an appointment because I had to go to my grandfathers funeral and was told “keep in mind this is a business and the therapist does need the hours” (while at the funeral). Me and my son had COVID and because I called off for the week they changed the therapist my son had for almost 2 years. I would get anxiety and felt like I was in trouble every time Karina called me. Save yourself the trouble and go to an ABA facility that actually cares about your child and not the hours.

I have used prism for an autism diagnosis for my 11yr old, and they were great. It did take some time to receive the results, but overall the evaluation itself was comforting and since my daughter was misdiagnosed by previous Evals, prism therapist were a little more detailed on why the evaluation was misdiagnosed and I am happy with them. I will be using them for an evaluation for my 3yr old.

Beware of this place! My child had an evaluation done in January. I was told on January 12th that the director of the program would contact me with the report. I was also told it would take approximately 4 weeks. It is now March 28th, and I have not heard from anyone. I have called them several times, and I keep getting excuses. They keep telling me they'll get back to me. I do not have an official diagnosis for my child, I have no idea what is on that report exactly. Do not waste your time with this place. Go somewhere else because this place is super unprofessional. Also, the girl answering the phone needs to learn proper phone etiquette.

Fake ABA company. They lie and say your kid is severe so they can get more hours and charge for services. You get approved for 40 hrs and they give you 10. Therapist are novice and they change them all the time. Go to another place.
