I CALLED EVERYWHERE TO GET IN TO IOP AND EVERYWHERE WAS SUPER EXPENSIVE AND SINCE I WORK I CANT GET STATE INSURANCE AND WHEN I CONTACTED HERE THEY GAVE ME THE INFORMATION TO GET HELP WITH FUNDING AND WAS ABLE TO SET IT ALL UP IN ONE DAY FOR ME AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY ASSESMENT WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS. IT WAS AWESOME CAUSE I REALLY NEEDED TO GET IN TO SOME CLASSES. I DID THE ASSESSMENT WITH AN AMAZING WOMEN DON. IM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH HERE FOR THE NEXT 12 WEEKS.

Jenifer Cowan is honestly the worst counselor I’ve ever met. Very unfriendly and cut the session in half every single appointment. If you get her cancel it immediately she doesn’t listen.

I have worked with proactive in Twin Falls and Boise, both have been adequate. Knowledgeable staff, and doctors. Very helpful, and gave me the medications I needed. I recommend ketamine therapy to anyone suffering from depression.
