Great and efficient workers !! Happy environment!!!

The review is long overdue. I have attended sessions here for 3 months since my last session this past July. The team is professional and patient. My main therapist is Francis and he is knowledgeable, understanding and patient. I have also worked several sessions with Connor, Kwaku, Laura and Arthur. I had to complete exercises and they also explained the reason behind it. We also had online sessions I can do daily and it was great to follow my treatment daily on my own. Also the assistants Arnold and Emily were great as well and always had smiles on their faces and willing to help all the time. They were all awesome to work with. The place is clean and organized. I use to look forward coming to this place and feel so much better (like 100 percent). I ever do need PT again I will definitely be back here and recommend this place.

I was scheduled mostly with Connor but also Arthur helped and did a great job too! I would like to thank Connor for getting me to keep coming to PT as it is not easy after working the whole day, but I found myself at PT getting better every week! Connor did a great job and the only issue I had is that he is Manchester United supporter! I had to throw that in. Thanks so much, Peter

My mom has been attending ProStaff Physical Therapy for over a year, and the therapists and staff have been nothing short of amazing. My physical therapist, Connor, was excellent. However, the front office needs to learn manners and to start caring about their patients. The front office declined my request for additional PT sessions because they want to make sure they get paid. They could have scheduled me and cancelled it if there's any insurance issue. To quote her, "I won't do that" - referring to my request for additional PT sessions. I don't even need pre-cert or authorization from my insurance. Before I can explain, she cut me off. So, better go to another PT office where the front office cares about you.

Attended PT for approximately 10 weeks due to a calf injury. My therapist, Connor, was great. He communicated with me and adapted the exercises as I progressed. He explained things in detail, and helped me gain confidence to return to the gym and sports. The other staff members were also friendly and scheduling appointments were easy. Highly recommend.
