I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve been waiting since January for my 18-month-old son to start physical therapy, but this facility, Health Corp, kept blaming the insurance company, claiming the authorization was still “pending.” In reality, they were just too lazy to resubmit the paperwork, and instead of fixing their mistake, they canceled the entire process. They don’t care about their patients—just the money. I had to be the one constantly calling for updates because they never once reached out to me. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I wouldn’t waste my time here—they pick and choose who they want to treat.
