Blown Away by PLS Therapy and Learning Center! I don’t even know where to begin. PLS Therapy and Learning Center has completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment I stepped in, i was stunned by the warmth, energy, and genuine care radiating from everyone there. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, professional, passionate, and incredibly skilled at what they do. They don’t just teach; they connect, inspire, and transform lives. And the owner? An absolute gem. Their dedication and heart are felt in every corner of the center. It’s clear this place isn’t just a business. It’s a mission fueled by love, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to help kids and families thrive. Whether you’re seeming ABA therapy, social skills support, or just a safe, empowering space for growth, you will be flooded by what PLS delivers. The program we’re seen has been nothing short of miraculous. They treat every child with so much respect and positivity and somehow, they manage to make learning fun and effective at the same time! Forever grateful for the impact they’ve had on us. PLS isn’t just therapy it’s a life-changer!!!

This “company” remains open for the sole purpose of financial gain, not providing ABA therapy. Clients are treated like a number in an equation. Owner prefers to hire brand new RBTs with no clue what they’re doing and cutting off valuable assets to save a dime. One week your child will have 5 hours, the next 25. Every time you drop off, expect to see a new face; which is concerning in itself. Untrained, unprofessional, and unfriendly staff with very few exceptions throughout my experience with PLS; Those exceptions no longer work for the company. Place is filthy, unorganized, hardly functional, and I wouldn’t know it was ABA unless you told me. If you are looking for ABA for your child or as a job, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

This Place is Money hungry! During my tour I saw kids eating off the floor. Person who gave the tour didnt seem to really know staffs names. They accept clients and pair them with untrained staff. No one is trained to deescalate situations between staff and clients! Clients that need diapers changed will sit for hours soiled until either parent pick up or change in Technicians. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. Try Proud Moments!!!

The BCBAs and therapists here are great with my autistic son who has progressed amazingly since starting at PLS. It is clear that everyone who works at PLS cares about my child and my family and wants the best for us. Their approach to ABA is very harmonious and my son loves going to the clinic as well as having therapists come to his school. Highly recommend!

Our daughter is at the transition age & just in a transition period in general. We started homeschooling last school year and she turned 18 this month so we are having to switch from the pediatric world over to the adult world for care and services elsewhere. PLS has been INCREDIBLY helpful, flexible, supportive, understanding, loving and caring for EVERY STEP of our ever-changing life and our daughter is THRIVING since starting services. She is happier, smarter and her target behaviors have decreased an ENORMOUS amount when I didn't even know it was possible! What I would rate as a level 10 with aggression when we first started was something that would truly injure me. What I consider a level 10 now is nothing more than a scream, stinkery look and maybe a small pinch or lite tap. (If you know, you know.) They truly understand the unique world that our kiddos and young adults live in and are able to join them, reach them at their level and encourage them in out of the box ways to make them understand what they need to start doing and makes them want to grow and learn! It's amazing to watch. We are so thankful and grateful to have found PLS and look forward to watching our daughter continue to grow and for us as parents to keep learning and understanding how to reach our kids too.
