ProActive Pediatric Therapy

When my newborn daughter was having trouble taking a bottle, I requested a referral to Proactive. I was on the brink of some postpartum blues, stressing about taking care of two other children and making sure my daughter was feeding adequately. As a therapist myself, I knew something wasn’t right, but wanted to be particular about who I chose to treat my daughter. Our goal was to be able to take a bottle so she was ready for daycare when maternity leave came to an end & that goal was achieved with the help of Kassi. Kassi and the Proactive team is very experienced and knowledgeable. Mallory was friendly, professional and helpful…from the first phone call to walking through the door. For feeding to any other pediatric therapy needs, I highly recommend Proactive!

Over the years we have worked with Suzie, Kassi, and now Nicole. Each experience was absolutely fantastic- they all went above and beyond for my children. They truly make you feel like you are their priority, and they are extremely attentive and responsive to questions over email between sessions. They are very collaborative within their office to give you the best care, and they are collaborative with our other care providers. You can tell that they prioritize continuing education and get top notch training. Kudos to the leadership at this office! We are grateful for all three providers for truly hearing our concerns and creating an action plan. I would recommend Proactive to anyone and everyone!

I don't have enough space or time to share the value I find in this business and their care. All three of my children were seen for oral tie correction follow up care and our twins continued their OT care with Lisa and Kassi for a full year. There was guidance from all directions. From the very beginning we were met with "extra mile" care. Topics of interest for my family were physiological/holistic health, head shape, mobility, multiple birth post care, breech birth post care, breast feeding, bottle feeding, milestones, sleep support... along with many others. The knowledge that they hold is quite evident throughout each session as they meet your child's needs and help them meet their potential. We were given resources, discussed books, shared motherhood, and had so many laughs and heartfelt conversations. We will always and forever refer to Lisa and Kassi as our "ProActive Family" and this see you later was bittersweet to say the least. The health and wellness of our children wouldn't be where it is today without ProActive Pediatric Therapy.

We love Proactive! My autistic son has been doing OT and speech there for over 3 years. Every single human that works there is kind, loving and fierce advocates for their clients. We’ve seen huge improvements and gains in our son and recommended Proactive to everyone. He is a good boy he graduated for therapy and he is almost in 1st Grade in Lisbon!

Lisa is wonderful! She has been working with us and our now 4 month old for about a month now. We went in for help with his shallow latch while nursing and have gotten so much more! As parents we are learning so much on how to help his development and he is making huge improvements! So grateful for Lisa!

Shouting our praises regarding the compassionate and knowledgable staff at ProActive Pediatric Therapy! After years of therapeutic services at various other agencies, we had concerns about a plateau in our daughter's progress. We felt both welcomed and encouraged from day one at ProActive. We are forever grateful for the time and effort the staff has put forth in order to learn who our daughter is as an individual; her interests, her needs, what motivates her, etc. We are continuing to see leaps and bounds in progress and confidence in our daughter. Zayla has been coming to Proactive ever since she was 6 months old. She has seen speech, physical and occupational therapist at Proactive. We have nothing but amazing things to say about all the therapists. They are more than just a therapist, they are like family. We have seen so much growth and improvements.
