Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
I was treated at ProActive East. The staff is thorough, efficient, and friendly.
Dr. Lodmell and his team have been fantastic at each of my sessions. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. 5 stars - definitely recommend seeing their team for your PT needs!
Therapy was fine. It is the billing that is an issue. Was told I needed to pay a certain amount each visit, which I paid. Then when I went to a Dr they recommended and the Dr said to stop therapy. They charged another visit and said insurance did not pay. Now I am figuring with a bill that should not even have been billed to me. The Dr and I also cancelled all appointments before 48 hours of the next appointment. Not happy with the billing services at all.
Could not ask for a better physical therapy program. My daughter had Dr. Lodmell, and he was so patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and honest. The gentleman who help my daughter with the exercises and gave lots of great advice, Gideon was great too! Some visits, I had to take my excited two year old. They would include her too in exercises since she wanted to be like her big sister. The facility was always clean and sanitized. The people working with other patients were always friendly and kind. My daughter walked away from physical therapy with better knowledge of how to remain pain free in her ankle, and build up more strength. I am very satisfied with everyone who works here, the facility, and the growth my daughter gained in the last few weeks.
My name is Ethan I’m 18 years old and a wrestler. This place changed my future. Back in January I dislocated my elbow during a practice and tore several things in it. I was told different things by multiple surgeons but was never given a clear answer as to what I was supposed to do. As a pilot and an athlete who was hoping to serve in the military this injury felt like it had ripped away my plans. 2 and a half weeks post injury I was completely unable to use my arm at all. My mom said it looked like a wet bag of sand because I would have to carry it in my left hand. I flew up to Minnesota to get a world renowned surgeon at the Mayo Clinic to take a look at it and they told me to try and recover without surgery. About a week later my mom found this clinic online. We met with Brandon and he examine me and assured me that he could get me back healthy, without surgery, before I had to go to basic training. I spent several weeks doing two days a week at this clinic. With Brandon’s help I got my arms range of motion entirely back (which was not easy) and built back the muscle I had lost (also wasn’t easy). It’s April now and in two months I’ll be heading off to start basic thanks to him and his team. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while sorry it took so long Brandon and thank you so much for helping me! Hiii Sherry!
Came to Pro Active for a work related injury and for someone who has never broken a bone having a healing knee dislocation was quite devastating. It was easy getting an appointment was always in and out very great staff all around. Kaleigh was great she helped me understand my injury, things I could do at home to improve my mobility and strength. Will definitely come here in the future if I ever need anymore physical therapy needs!
