Very unprofessional, went in for initial evaluation, it was the wrong service they discovered after a 45 min wait in the lobby , and I missed work for this apt they called me the next day didn’t have set times had to give me another call back the following week very unorganized and then finally got an appointment but paperwork that I filled out prior before isn’t registering so I have to be placed back on the waiting list…I will not be using this service… even the lady at the desk asked me to get her a job where I work at and I truly understand why
My 3.5 month old sees Kristen, and she is so patient, kind and relatable.
