Highly recommend Dr.Kaupp if you can get in with him. He really listened to me, and he got to the root of the problem instead of just treating symptoms.

Psychiatrist was late to every single one of my appointments, sometimes by more than fifteen minutes and didn’t listen well either. They never answer the phone or return calls. One appointment I was in the virtual waiting room and she just never showed up. Idk if that was due to technical difficulties? But they claimed I missed that appointment even though I called after a half hour after waiting to see what was going on. They claim she was waiting for me. Then I missed two other appointments on accident so three strikes and you’re discharged even though the one I didn’t actually miss. Terrible for a mental health clinic to do that. After my second missed appointment I called thirty minutes later and explained what happened and that I really needed help. The lady on the phone said she didn’t think she could get me in for awhile and that she would call me back. She never did. Then two of my case workers also called to check and same thing, they said they would call back. Again neither worker received a call back. After a week I finally I tried an access clinic since I really needed an adjustment on my medications. The access clinic called because they didn’t want to duplicate services and she got an answer that I was discharged! That’s news to me! They never called me back to say that was the case. They are the exact opposite of professional

Absolute worst medical practice I've ever been to. My prescriptions are forgotten every single month, it's impossible to get someone on the phone, doctor doesn't respond to emails and if you missanappointment for some reason they might decide not to fill your script.

Janis R was supervising visits and on personal phone calls multiple times. So unprofessional.

Most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever seen. Wanted to rate 0* but that's not a option. All I was trying to do was have some therapy done for some personal issues that I have it's a good thing that I don't have any major issues wrong with me or else I might have took the situation a little differently the first time I schedule an appointment I went to my appointment and they said it got rescheduled because the office is closing at the time that my scheduled appointment was for. so now I just went to my reschedule appointment and the lady goes oh it was rescheduled again.

I reached out to Professional Services Group by email to help my significant other get scheduled for an appointment. The next day, I received a voicemail from "Linda" asking him to call with demographic info, insurance info, etc. He called them for several days, leaving voicemails each time, but was never called back. Today he finally got a hold of Linda at reception, only to be told that she was the incorrect Linda for what he needed. The second Linda (from insurance?) called back and did not know why he was calling. He explained that he wanted to set up an appointment, but they were unable to assist with this and kept getting hung up on the fact that he was asked to provide insurance information. Awful experience.
