Proficio Therapy Services

I don’t know what Proficio office was contacting me to try to get me to enroll my child into another business whose owner allows and covers for violence against children even if I stated many times we wanted nothing to do with them, so I might as well leave this review in all of them. LEAVE ME AND MY FAMILY ALONE

Both of our children went here and their therapist became their best friends. The amount of growth we saw in such a short amount of time was just amazing. From learning to share better, to controlling their emotions, to just simply listening to what we were asking for. We started seeing improvements in two weeks time and it just continued week after week. The only reason we left was because we moved, if we stayed in San Jose we would have stayed till they grew out of it. They have the most caring staff, a very cool Playroom and so much support for parents. Our kids were always excited to go and had so much to tell us at the end of the day, which they never tell us Anything about anywhere else. It’s a great place for an autistic kid to grow.

The office setup is nice a lot of good toys… however my daughter only attended sessions here for about 2-3 months before we decided to change providers. Our therapist was sweet but often late and hard to get ahold of. She didn’t discuss any goals or progress with us really. She was supposed to send us a progress note type deal at the end and couldn’t even manage to do that. It was also often impossible to get someone at the office on the phone.
