Great with kids! Highly recommend

By far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a medical provider! My son is being evaluated by the team for autism. They’ve been flexible and kind with scheduling. We are 1 hour away from the location and went to the wrong address for my first appointment but they got him in anyway and clearly explained every step and answered every question with empathy and concern. My son then had issues with hearing so we had to put his original eval on pause. So after going back and realizing our lack of immediate openings that were local, we scheduled again. Not only were they able to get us in quick but they even proactively called me when I sooner opening came. After being told I’d have to wait two years at other places I jumped on the chance even with the distance. Well second go wasn’t great for my son. He had a violent melt down and we had to stop the appointment early for safety concerns. Dr. Brown and Tim helped me get my son to the car and helped chat through some issues and more questions. They worked with me on a plan so I didn’t have to make another physical trip (as of now). Not only that but my car wouldn’t start afterwards. I went back in to have my son use the restroom where staff was kind and unbothered at the request. I ran back in to doctor Brown who, with Tim’s assistance, helped me jump start my car and help us on our way home. Dr. Brown also helped me walk through what all he needed and was responsive even after working hours. The generosity and kindness of these folks is truly unmatched and I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend!!

Has helped alot of autistic individuals and their families that my non profit AATAP supports thrive! From learning how to better communicate and learn better coping skills when overwhelmed and everything in between! Progressive aba is a great program!

Please know before sending your child here that if they’re harmed nothing will be done about it. My child had a bruise on the side of his face. The company stated it was from wiping his nose. I picked him up at 3:30 and at 5:30 the mark was still there. Never have I seen that happened from wiping someone nose on top of it being the side of his face anyway. The company doesn’t have any cameras so it will always be their word versus yours. My child is non verbal. The incident happened on a Friday, when Monday came my child didn’t want to be there. He cried and held onto my clothing. I took him out that day. He never cried like that at drop off. Everyone knew that was off for him but to protect the company they stayed silent. The owners have 20 years of experience in the field but fail to know that the elderly and disabled community are the number one to be abused and neglected. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. (In the photos is pizza sauce but you can clearly see the red mark on the side of his face from “wiping his nose”according to Progressive). Never met the male owner until this incident. My son had been there for a year. He was very rude and nonchalant about the situation just like his wife. Slamming doors because he was told the truth about himself, his wife and business. Please be cautious. Require this company to install cameras before your child is harmed next.

I just love this place my son will be making a year soon and his teacher and staff has truly help my son and me so much thanks for everything.
