If I could give a zero I would. My daughter was with this company for 8 yrs. With the 2 directors within the 7 yrs it was a great company but since the new director the past year and half it has went down hill! If your looking for a caring, support full, worry free, ur loved one to be supported and care for this is NOT ur company to have ur loved one at. They miss meds on a regular bases, never have consistent staff and the staff they do have are not companent to take care of themselves let alone someone else. My daughter was put in the hospital for a week due to their neglect was arrested due to staff not falling her care plan. All this company care about is getting you in through there door to collect a paycheck then pass that they will have problems staffing ur loved one. Had one of their office staff steal a check and cash it. The lies that comes from management is overwhelming. This company and its management is NOT the place you want ur loved one at!!!!! I could go on and on why not to choose this company.
A great company with an amazing staff team
Friendly people. Very kind and thoughtful employees at this location. They were doing a Thanksgiving dinner at the place when I walked in. It seemed as everyone was enjoying them selves.
