I have had excellent experiences with all of the staff here, scheduling and having to reschedule appointments for both myself and my son. We drive from Wilson to Rocky Mount to see the therapists here. Highly recommend!!

Progressive Care Services are reliable, and curtious. Always smiling and very compassionate about their patients. My kid's love going there. They are very professional at what they do never a long wait. I would recommend anyone seeking professional help to check out Progressive Care Services.

Perfect place to go if you want pills! I consider them a pill mill. To be a mental health provider they are horrible. I spend $50 every 2 months for Adderall. When I needed help for me mental health was left out to dry on my own. I told them there was no follow up on my mental health the DIRECTOR said to me "you have refills on your meds don't you?" My actual provider recommended I go talk to someone! HELLO! Are you going to refer me to someone? How am I supposed to know how to follow up with? Maybe I should go to Anna Bell College and drown myself at the bottom of a bottle! Am I stable? They don't know, and neither do I!!!!!!

If you are looking for good care, don't look here. After being misled by the receptionist on the phone, I personally believe this place sees their clients as dollar signs and nothing more. More specifically, I have never made a mental health Doctors appointment in my life that booked my appointment a month after my initial call fully aware that I was about run out of my medication only to tell me on the day of my appointment that the psychiatrist was not there and only came in on Friday's. Worst off I was told it would take four months to see him. When I asked what to do about my medication I was told none of the other patients there mind waiting. Completely absurd and scary if you really think about it.
