It saddens me to have to write this review, as this place truly feels like a second home to my family. The therapists here are phenomenal, and that level of care is supported by a strong and welcoming front desk team. Recently, I noticed that a familiar and much-loved front desk staff member is no longer here. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and wonderful with our kids, who genuinely looked forward to seeing her. It was clear she cared deeply about her role and the families she interacted with. Learning of her departure & reason was upsetting, especially given the values of integrity and respect this business represents. She was a meaningful part of our experience here, and her absence is felt. I truly wish her the very best moving forward.

We are incredibly grateful to Alex Bartollota for the outstanding speech therapy she provided to our son, Arhaan, at Progressive Pediatrics. Alex is a truly dedicated and compassionate speech therapist who consistently went above and beyond to support Arhaan’s growth. She not only worked closely with him during sessions but also provided thoughtful, detailed feedback and practical guidance that we could easily follow at home. Alex always took the time to explain Arhaan’s progress, strengths, and next steps in a way that made us feel informed and confident as parents. Under her supervision, Arhaan showed significant improvement in his speech and communication skills. Her patience, encouragement, and personalized approach made a noticeable difference, and Arhaan genuinely enjoyed working with her. Beyond her professional expertise, Alex is a wonderful person—kind, approachable, and deeply invested in her clients’ success. We highly recommend her to any family looking for a skilled and caring speech therapist. She has made a lasting positive impact on our child and our family.

Ms Jyot is our favorite OT therapist and an exceptional human being. My son loves her and enjoys to play with her! Her sessions are very interesting and fun and she is very gentle and kind with the kids. She is always there for parents, to go through the progress the kids made and to give us advice what to work on and to give us the best solutions. So grateful for Ms Jyot! ♥️

I am so grateful for our speech therapist, Conrad Felten. Both of my kids have made amazing progress, and I can see the improvement every week. Conrad is patient, kind, and truly cares about their success. He explains everything clearly, gives helpful tips for home, and always encourages my kids in a positive way. My children feel comfortable and confident with him, and their speech has improved so much. I really appreciate his dedication and the love he puts into his work. My son has had 3 sessions including the first evaluation with Miss Alex! It is incredible the progress in such a short time. We have noticed significant improvement in his communication already . Miss Alex is kind, patient, she explains everything in detail with compassion. She also made me feel reassured that I didn’t do anything wrong as a mother and that really meant a lot to me because i definitely felt like I didn’t something wrong for my son not to speak much. I recommend them and am happy so far and can’t wait to see my son develop even more with them.

The staff at the facility are exceptionally welcoming and professional, creating a warm and encouraging environment for all. Families, My daughter has truly thrived here, thanks to her Dedicated Occupational therapist Ms Jyot and Brittney and her wonderful speech Therapist Ms. Alison Each of them has provided personalized attention and support, making her Therapy sessions engaging and effective. My daughter looks forward to her time here, and it's clear that the positive atmosphere contributes to her progress and enthusiasm for learning.

This plac is heaven sentmy son is in Speech and occupational therapy and the therapist are amazing, especially Jyote love so much 10 out of 10 100% recommend

Ms. Jyot is absolutely wonderful! She connects so naturally with my daughter and always finds a way to guide her through tasks with patience and encouragement.
