Progressive Pediatric Therapy-West Palm Beach Clinic

This particular post is in regards to a newer therapist. Megan M is a Speech Therapist. My daughter adores her. Megan’s upbeat and positive persona is incredibly nourishing for my daughter. She always sees the possibilities present and future. A wonderful addition to Progressive pediatric therapy.

I’m very disappointed with the way this office handled my son’s occupational therapy scheduling. After only two last-minute cancellations, they decided to remove him from his regular OT schedule. The first time was an honest mistake — it was my mother-in-law’s first time taking my son, she got lost, and I immediately called the office to apologize. The staff was understanding and kind about it. The second time, my son was having a very rough day during his speech therapy session right before OT, and it was recommended by staff to not push him further that day. Despite being understanding at first, the office later informed me that my son was being removed from his recurring OT schedule entirely. For a pediatric therapy practice, I expected more compassion and flexibility — especially when working with children who may have challenging days. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled and hope the office reconsiders how they treat families in similar situations.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Virginia at the front desk she answered all my questions and was so kind she made my experience very pleasant.

The Physical Therapy department was so helpful and knowledgeable on the treatment of my child. I don’t know what I would do without them. I highly recommend Progressive Pediatrics if you are looking for physical therapists you can trust with your child. They make you feel heard and take into consideration the concerns you have.

I want to take the time and say how amazing Ms.Alex is! She really eased my mind with therapy for my little one and she's truly one of a kind! Super sweet and playful! My little one took to her with no problems which is amazing! Plus my little one loves coming to therapy! Which makes this momma happy! I can't stress over how clean and well kept this facility is! If your looking for a place for your little one, I highly recommend Progressive Pediatric Therapy!

We came for physical therapy for my son who is four months with minor Torticollis. We wanted to meet with a physical therapist to get it checked out and learn some techniques to be used at home. I couldn’t be happier with Progress Pediatric therapies. I called on a Friday and got in on a Monday and our therapist Mary is the best. She was so great with my son and made physical therapy fun and taught me ways to incorporate it into our daily routines. I would highly recommend to others.

Ms Brittney is truly amazing! She’s attentive, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She supports my daughter with sensory integration, fine motor skills, and self-regulation, always meeting her developmental needs with care and understanding. She strikes the perfect balance, kind, yet encouraging when my daughter needs a push. The progress has been incredible, and it’s noticeable to everyone. We’re so grateful for her dedication and the difference she’s made in our daughter’s life!
