YES INDEED. GREAT STAFF, FRIENDLY, AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. OLE GEORGE IS THE ONE WHO TREATS ME. KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK ARE SO NICE, AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE. VERY IMPORTANT TO ME IS THAT THE WHOLE PLACE IS CLEAN. YES INDEED, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THERAPY.

Everyone there is AMAZING!! From the front desk to all the therapists. Alex Gipson was/is (taking a little break from PT) my therapist and he gets “gold stars” throughout everything!! Need physical therapy, go to Progressive!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I stepped through the portal (both web and door), I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another client. The staff is absolutely top-notch; they are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about creating a positive experience. The facility is equipped with the latest technology, and I truly appreciated how they took the time to explain each process in detail. They ensured I understood what was happening every step of the way and clarified what I needed to do for the best possible outcomes. When I mentioned some additional issues I was facing, they went above and beyond by recommending a more suitable provider for my needs, which I’ve now scheduled as well. Their commitment to helping clients find the right solutions is commendable. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this hidden gem and am so grateful for the exceptional care I've received. This place has exceeded my expectations in every way!

Front desk is amazing! The therapist are wonderful. The customer service is phenomenal!

Progressive has amazing staff, from the front desk to the therapists, that treat you with kindness and respect the moment you walk in.

If I could give a negative one, I would. I was with Katelynn for “women’s health “ which is a violation within itself and she said something incredibly inappropriate to me during one of our sessions. I never really wanted to do these horrible “therapies” but I felt forced into it. They also have sex toys they sell as “dialators” it’s an absolute joke. I’ve never felt so violated in my life. They need to be out out of business.
