Progressive Steps

This place deserves five stars. I’m in the AV area and had the hardest time finding anyone who would even call me back. I finally decided to try the SCV area, and Progressive Steps was the only place that reached out. Cheryl and Ashley helped me set everything up and were so kind throughout the process. I honestly don’t understand where the bad reputation comes from because our experience has been nothing but amazing. My son has loved every therapist he’s worked with. Everyone here is patient, kind, and you can tell they truly love what they do.

We are so grateful for Justin, and the entire team at Progressive. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Justin supported our son in a way that truly made a difference in his growth and overall experience. His thoughtfulness and genuine care set him apart, and we feel fortunate to have crossed paths with him. We wholeheartedly recommend Progressive to any family seeking a place where children are guided with expertise and compassion.

Our child was assessed for speech. We were told to wait 2 weeks for them to get approval from our insurance. Heard nothing. Texted our contact person, no response. After 3 weeks we called and found out they had no room and couldn't sevice our child. No one told us. Contacted our insurance and they never even turned in the assesment results to them! So after 4 weeks we have to start all over from scratch! What a waste!!

My son get speech, occupational, and physical therapists her and everyone is so great! From the coordinator on down, everyone is friendly and attentive. I have and will continue to recommend Progressive Steps to parents.
