ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services

If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse at the front desk told me my services for my son were covered by insurance and that I only had a copay. I'm now in $500 for 30 minute office visits where my son looked at an app on an iPad and made sounds. I could have done this at home for $15 worth of an APP purchase and some library books. I've tried calling to get some sort of reimbursement but to no avail. I will not be using this service again and if you can, avoid it.

I have never been to any type of therapy like this for my children. Sarah was so informative and helpful. She gave us Wonderful tools to help my little one and the building is absolutely beautiful!

The Prohealth Pediatric rehab team is the absolute best. My son has seen all specialists here (physical, occupational, and speech therapy) and I can’t speak enough praise for the incredible care he receives each week. Special call outs to Kristine (physical therapy), Kaitlyn (occupational) and Brittany (speech) for how amazing they are with my 2 year old, but I promise no matter who sees your child, you will love them. Not only are the people the best in the area, but the new ProHealth facility is state of the art. Natural light, clean, and welcoming, on top of the very well thought of layout for kids of all abilities and needs. We wouldn’t dream of taking our son anywhere else.

My son has been in therapy since he was 2 1/2 years old at several different places but we’ve been here for the past few years and absolutely love it. I’m a seasoned parent when it comes to therapy as my son was diagnosed with ASD as a toddler. When we started with Whitney he was 5 and completely nonverbal. He is now 9 and she is the reason he is now working on full sentences, proper sentence structure and pronouns etc. ProHealth Care pediatric rehab is phenomenal, patient, kind and full of amazing people. My son loves coming here and I love the staff and of course his therapist. i would recommend this place over and over.

Our daughter, now almost 3 years old, has been seeing physical therapy at this clinic since she was only about 7 months. We, hands down, could not be happier with the services and staff at ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services. From the first day we were introduced, our family was welcomed with open arms by the friendly, fun, and genuine front desk staff and our wonderful therapist, Jill, who make us feel so comfortable. You can tell all of the staff enjoy working together, love what they do, and appreciate where they work. Pam is one of the several amazing front desk employees who genuinely cares about the families that come in and is so sweet and personable to everyone. We always love coming in to catch up with Pam! We attend PT on a weekly basis and every time, we look forward to coming in because all of the staff make us feel like family here. Our daughter, who has Down Syndrome, has been making continuous leaps in her goals. Thanks to Jill, we continue to reach her milestones and as a parent, I learn a lot from Jill. She is professional, personal, and OUTSTANDING at her job. Jill is truly gifted in working with children while also teaching the parents ;) . I can say from observation and from conversations with other families, all of the therapists here are excellent. For anyone looking for out-of-this-world pediatric rehabilitation services with fun-loving, caring, and professional staff, this is it!

We transitioned to ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services in October 2020 for Speech Therapy when our therapist, Whitney, transitioned to this location from a competitor. We have been blown away by the services and care at this location that in January 2022 we transitioned our daughter’s Physical Therapy and are in the process of moving Occupational Therapy services to ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services. The therapists are amazing here and feel like an extension of our family! They are always willing to help your child develop and challenge them outside their comfort zones in attempts of reaching the next milestone. The therapists take the time to hear about what our daughter is doing at home and school, what is working or not working, and tailor their approach to her needs to succeed. The therapists take the time to talk to you about how the individual sessions went, what our daughter did or didn’t do, and what we as parents can do to support them. The support staff is very responsive and accommodating. They truly work magic in building a schedule that worked best for our family – and that was not an easy task to do. Like the therapists, the support staff has gotten to know our family and ask about them every week when we walk in the door. I highly recommend ProHealth Care's Pediatric Rehabilitation Services to any parent that is looking to help push their children to continue to grow and reach the next milestones.
