Three stars for the fantastic support staff here who are very nice, attentive and professional. But I've had Dr. Doan for years and the past few times I've seen him he has been incredibly rude, not listening to my concerns, talking over me, and walking out while I still have questions I've wanted to ask. I've never met a more arrogant and dismissive doctor. Cannot recommend. I've seen the other doctors here though and they are wonderful.

Dr. Doan is my PCP, and I couldn't be happier with any other doctor. If I moved 50 miles away, I would continue to see him and drive an hour for the privilege. He is a wonderful doctor and I have sent 2 of my friends to him.

Rachel was absolutely wonderful. Beth is terrific. The front desk is also great. The 5 stars are for them, however Prohealth is awful. Even though this is a great staff, I don't know if I can stay with Pro health. One time I just needed a5 minute appt just to verify that I had shingles since I was suppose to have surgery the next day. I couldn't even get that appt.i had to go to urgent care. Seriously my appt was no more than 5 minutes to say yes u have shingles. When trying to make an apot u don't call the office u go thru the corp office and try getting an appt for anything takes months.
Beth is a very good doctor. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and looks for an affordable solution. She never rushes me out.
Everyone at the offie are very respectful, cordial and knowledgeable. Dr. Doan ,specifically is great with the patients. He listens and well explained. Greatly recommended.
