Project Brilliance

From day one, as a parent new to my child’s autism diagnosis, Project Brilliance has been nothing but amazing. They’ve supported me every step of the way — not just by assuring me that my son is in good hands, but by helping me understand what needed to be done next. The BCBAs and RBTs care for my son like he’s part of their family, and that kind of love and dedication means the world to me. The communication is excellent, the activities are wonderful, and the level of safety and structure makes me feel completely at peace leaving my son there. I truly can’t say enough about how grateful I am for this team.

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing center! My son made such incredible progress here thanks to the dedication and care of the whole team. A huge shoutout to Stephany, Tony, Brie, and everyone else who worked so hard to help these kiddos through their challenges. And a special thanks to Tim (his BCBA) — you were always there to listen to my concerns and support my son every step of the way. If it weren’t for the long drive, we definitely would’ve stayed another year. I’m so glad I came across this center after leaving our previous one in Maryland. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a place that truly prepares kids for their school transition. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for our family! ❤️ 🧩

I will forever be grateful to everyone at this center. From day one, they have created such a caring and nurturing environment. It truly is an amazing place. I love being able to go to work each day with peace of mind, knowing my child is safe, happy, and well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond, and I can see the positive impact they’ve had on my child’s development. I couldn’t ask for a better place!

Overall completely satisfied with how their center works my son has improved so much and looks forward to coming daily, his therapist have been amazing and any concerns I have they listen and help adapt to my needs. The director herself is also in tuned with everything going on and makes sure to keep you in the loop as a parent which I appreciate. I would recommend this center to any parent with an autistic kiddo looking for help !!

I spoke with Emily, and unfortunately, they do not accept Medicaid. However, she went above and beyond to find facilities that do, and I truly appreciate her effort because she didn’t have to do that. The customer service here is outstanding, and the support for concerned parents is exceptional. Thank you, Emily, for your kindness and help—it means so much to me. This entire process is new to me, and you eased my worries by guiding me toward the right resources. Your assistance made a world of difference!

Review for Project Brilliance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot express how impressed I am with my entire experience at Project Brilliance. Their knowledge and professionalism combined with their warm and friendly staff is evident throughout our time there, as they take the time to help us deal with all behavior and answer all questions we have. It is clear that they prioritize creating a positive environment for the kids.

It took us only 3 days to realize that it was not the right place for our son and that it was a bad decision to have chosen this program. Our experience has been very bad in the sense of the poor professionalism shown to handle situations that they are supposedly specialists in handling. We cannot leave the most important person in the hands of people without commitment, vocation or dedication to take care of them. The power point they present with their services is spectacular, but the execution is very far from that.
