Proud Moments ABA

If I could leave no stars I would! My kids started this place in June and I’ve had problems ever since recently my kids started school and had to move to the afternoon schedule my daughter has been out of ABA since September and my son the beginning of October and they still haven’t reached out to me with new techs for neither child… I would LOVE to speak with the bigger bosses and HR if I could.VERY unprofessional

I would never recommend Proud Moments ABA Metuchen to any parent seeking genuine care and communication for their child. My daughter’s ABA services were suspended without proper notice after I was told (in front of other parents, in the lobby) that her therapy would end in two days because I couldn’t come in to sign an updated treatment plan on their schedule. When I arrived on the date they said services would stop, a staff member approached me again in the public lobby to discuss signing paperwork — even though I had already expressed that I wasn’t comfortable doing so in that setting and had asked for a Zoom meeting or email option. Proud Moments refused to offer any flexibility or reasonable accommodations, despite knowing I had exhausted all my PTO due to their frequent last-minute cancellations. Instead, they suspended my child’s care entirely and then ignored multiple emails from me afterward. To make matters worse, they have still not returned my daughter’s personal belongings, including a lunchbox with sentimental value, even after repeated requests. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and compassion has caused unnecessary stress for my family and disrupted my child’s progress. If you are a parent looking for a center that values transparency, respect, and your child’s emotional well-being — I strongly urge you to look elsewhere

This is one of the best ABA clinic I have been to. The Manager Ms. Karen and her staff are awesome!! They are very personal with their clients, the children and you see positive results in your child who attends their ABA clinic. I recommend Proud Moments ABA to any parent looking for ABA therapy for their children. Wishing them the best of luck for the rest of the year and beyond.

My daughter started recently. So far, we're enjoying all the organization, logistics, and parent training. The clinic is very organized. My daughter is still in the initial phase, so I'll come back later to talk about her progress.

People here are so friendly and I appreciate the helpful atmosphere

I have been trying to reach this ABA company for over three weeks with no success. Calls and voicemails have all gone unanswered. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially for families who rely on timely communication for their children’s care. I really hope they improve their responsiveness and communication moving forward.

Our son has been going to Proud Moments for a little over a year now. He has shown so much improvement ever since he started ! It was scary at first not knowing what to expect because this is our first time ever having to deal with ABA Therapy. I’m the type of mama that doesn’t play around when it comes to her baby boy!! Proud Moments staff has been more than caring, understanding, hard working and just amazing to work with! Ms Holli, Ms Teyonna and Ms Sophia are theeeee BESTTTT everrr!! Thank you so much for taking great care of our boy and getting him to where he needs to be on his little journey
