Hands down the best place to take your child on the spectrum. I was so nervous to leave my 4 year old in a place where I will not be around him for the first time. They made sure to make it an easy transition! He has learned so much, and so have I. Not only was this a learning experience for him, but also for the parents! They are FAMILY, and although my son is no longer in the program and now in pre-k, we miss them so much! They loved my son as much as I love him, and for that I am beyond grateful! Aziel misses you all!
ABA services are truly life-changing for my child and me. My son has learned valuable skills that only a professional can teach, and the level of care and attention to detail at Proud Moments is outstanding. From the very beginning, they carefully matched my son with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who understands him as a person and connects with him in ways I simply cannot. Diana D., our RBT, is phenomenal—she’s truly the best. My son looks forward to their time together, sharing his day with her and working on social and life skills out in the community. The progress he has made with her support has been incredible. For any parent searching for ABA services, I can wholeheartedly say: look no further than Proud Moments. They have been a blessing to our family.
“We are very happy with Proud Moments ABA. My son feels comfortable there, and everyone is so kind and helpful.”
My child has been with Proud Moments Annapolis since April 2025, and we are beyond impressed. In just four months, he has grown by leaps and bounds—achieving things we never imagined possible in such a short time. Kristen, the center’s administrative director, has built an incredible team of providers who continually surprise us with the level of care and dedication they bring every single day. Emily, our BCBA, is one of the most supportive people I’ve ever met. During parent trainings—and in all of our interactions—I’ve never felt judged or dismissed. Her compassion, professionalism, and encouragement mean the world to our family. Kiara, our RBT, has been the absolute perfect match for my child. She meets every wild request I throw her way with grace and understanding. She creates a nurturing, natural environment where my child can be his full, wild, carefree self—while still learning and growing beyond the basics. I could not recommend Proud Moments more. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to have my child here. I know he will gain skills to be independent, all while being supported to remain exactly who he is.
My son like my technician and I liked her too however she was always late every single day. I feel like while that is on her I think it also reflects to the company. Yes she didn't have a supervisor with her physically everyday however I do think the company needs to find a way to check on things like that. It should not be us as the parents telling her come on time come on time she has bosses and it's not me. Also I wish the company had substitutes. I also liked my license behavioral technician however I felt like she gave me and my husband a lot of homework. We were so busy :( in some of the task she would ask us to do would also be time consuming other expensive. I know she was just trying to be helpful but I think it would help me more if she understood that we didn't have much money or time :( and tried to find ways to implement the strategies she wanted to for my son that wouldn't cost me any money or very much time. More DIY solutions my technician could create when my son was bathing or otherwise busy. I also wish my emails were responded to quicker sometimes. Overall not a bad company but I'm now with a different company and so far I think I like that they asked me questions like "how did it go how do you feel about this?"
Incredible Staff, My kid is happy there, Great People to work with . I strongly recommend
I have nothing but pleasant experiences with Proud Moments ABA. I still use their services to this day and do not see myself going anywhere else. My son’s tech is so supportive and takes the time and initiative to personalize his treatment plan in a manner that engages my son. The strides I have seen my son make is definitely attributed to the dedicated staff. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
I'm a military wife with a 5 year old daughter on the the spectrum. For years I have tried to teach her how to wave bye bye or communicate her needs but the was no sign of improvement. She went to the clinic for 3 months, through the dedication of the staff and the BCBA she is now weaving bye bye, signing more, all done. I recommend proud moment ABA clinic specifically the Silver spring branch for all family hunting for ABA services😍.
Love it here! They made this new experience in life easy for me and my son. He is 4, and is the first time he’s truly away from me. He loves going there & shares a special bond with his aid.
I love Proud Moments. My daughter has been going there since Nov 2023. They have helped her with her behavior and comprehension skills more than I could have ever imagined. They have given me the skills I need to understand some of her actions and how I can best support her. Her ABA therapist even sat in on her IEP meeting with BCPS to assist me with preparing to transition her to school. The staff is always easy to reach if I have questions or concerns and they are always willing to assist us in anyway they can. I wish they had a speech therapist on staff but besides that they have been a great fit for my child.
