They care more about the money than the patients. Please go somewhere else.

Yesterday, I had a terrible experience with Psycare. First, the counselor didn't show up for our 1:30 pm virtual appointment. I was very annoyed by that. Terra said via Email that she was told by her "girls" up front that I had sworn at them. That's 💯 a lie... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. ( This is the short version of the story)

I'm shocked at all the low scores this office has received. I see Dr. Thistlethwaite, have seen a couple of therapists, and had TMS treatments here and in all the years I've been coming here, I've never had anyone be short with me or seem uninterested in my needs. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. T, who is truly interested in helping you feel better.

I’ve had to go through this center bc the one in pa shut down. There was no ease of prescription transfers or anything. The nursing staff don’t call back unless you leave multiple vm. I read the pharmacy address off and she wasn’t listening and now it’s been filled at a location furthest from my home and cannot be transferred as it’s a controlled substance. I will be leaving this practice as it’s been a nightmare

So very untimely. We have waited for 20-30mins each time past our appointment time, then been charged for the whole hour long session. Might as well throw money in a fire.

I have been seeing Dr. Voltin for several years. He is always willing to help, and very good at knowing what I need. He listens as I talk and offers sound advice. He is very attentive to my meds and as much as I hate changing meds he seems to know when I need to try something different. The changes have most of the time been a positive change for me. A couple of times when they weren't right for me he knew right away. The meds he has me on now have kept me on an even keel for a several years now. I also like the fact that he is very punctual. I've NEVER had to wait more than 3-4 minutes to see him.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. After calling the office on Wednesday at 2pm about medication issues (increased BP and severe feet/ankle swelling), I still had not heard back from the office 24 hours later. After multiple calls, I was finally able to get ahold of someone at the office. The lady I spoke with was very rude and inconsiderate (she told me there was nothing she could do, and I would just have to handle the issue as I felt was best). I asked to schedule an appointment immediately as I was told not to abruptly stop the medication. The first appointment available isn't until 6 days later. This time I was told to completely stop the medication until I am able to see the doctor.
