I have had extremely great service at Psych Point. Shantell manages my meds and she is very knowledgeable and thorough! She spends time with me each visit reviewing everything, asking my preferences, and concerns! She even cares enough to make sure meds will cause little or NO weight gain. That’s important to us women. She has never made any changes I didn’t agree with and she keeps a mental note as well as physical notes regarding my care! I haven’t had care this good from any provider in a long time. Excellent providers are hard to find. Shantell is a gift from above and a great woman! Ask for her you won’t regret it!

Absolutely love Shantelle, and cannot recommend her highly enough. After a lifetime of feeling disheartened by my previous experiences with doctors regarding my mental health, I FINALLY found someone that's down-to-earth who listens to what I say and validates my experiences! She's a genuine person, and meeting up with her doesn't make me feel judged or on edge like previous people I've gone to have. She's been very helpful and kind to me, and with her attention to detail and careful follow-up questions, I know I am in good hands. For the first time in my life, I'm not secretly dreading meeting up with someone to chat about my brain. Other employees here who I highly recommend are Abby and Karen! Both of them are extremely kind, patient, and helpful people who I'm very lucky to have crossed paths with!

Transferring my children's care from the Bowen Center to here has been the best decision I could have possibly made for them. We could not be happier with the level of care we receive through Psych Point!

Front office often not staffed and you are told to just text your doctor through the app. The app that doesn't work. The app the doctor doesn't respond on. I've been on a wait-list for a therapist for six months without any contact or way to ask what is going on. I have been shoved between doctors without discussion. I have been told that it was a surprise I showed up to an appointment, which I confirmed days in advance and have never even been late to a previous appointment. That appointment ended with them telling me I was moved to a different doc. I ended up in the ER because they couldn't respond when I was having a reaction. I had to call to get test results sent to the lab (while I was there), and call to get them. Zero communication, the worst front office set up in history, and medical roulette without any real discussion, thought, or feedback. Just oh take this and maybe I'll respond in a month or be surprised that we have a follow up. Really wanted them to be good but this is a dangerous set up for a mental health medical office.

i’ve been seeing a NP here for my med management for a couple of months now. I have truly never felt more supported or understood coming out of psych med appointments. Everyone is always so kind.
