Kate Fountain, LPC, is a fantastic therapist. She is warm, friendly, easy to talk to, & helped me have a better outlook/perspective on various things. I highly recommend working with her.

I saw Dr Swanson for my 6 year old. She was amazing and so helpful.

I found Dr. Nadeem to be unreliable. I had to follow up with her weekly after my initial appointment 8 weeks ago, and have still not received the prescription via mail. I know that it is difficult to find providers in this field, but go to another doctor for med management, if possible.

The psychologist I saw was rude and condescending. She seemed annoyed that she had to get up and leave her desk to let me into the office (lobby is closed due to Covid) and then balked when she had to walk me out so she could lock the door behind me.

i missed 2 appointments because of personal issues. i called ahead of time, and left vm for my therapist, but didn't know i was leaving them on the wrong extension (HONEST MISTAKE). The therapist whom received my messages left me a voice mail informing me. I still received a large bill for the missed appointments. when i called to explain the situation the front desk staff was very rude and had no understanding. One lady transferred me while asking for the office manager after being rude. when i called back i asked for the office manager the lady said "this is her" after she got rude and loud with me she then says she was the assistant manager, and would not give me the office manager. the front desk has no patience , poor customer service, and is very rude. i will not be returning here at all. im very disappointed in their attitudes and manor of handling issues with their patients.
