I’ve had such a positive experience at PPH Therapy in Logan! The therapists truly listen and create a safe space where I feel heard and supported. Their personalized approach helped me work through anxiety and stress in a way that actually feels lasting — not just a quick fix. I’m so grateful for how much progress I’ve made.

While the counselor was professional, the office is poorly managed and failed to communicate my specific intake needs, making the session feel like a waste of time. Most concerning was the breach of privacy when they began calling my wife's phone after I canceled my appointment. When I confronted them, they switched to texting and then completely ignored me. Additionally, they have an aggressive policy where being more than 10 minutes late results in a $65 charge. Between the lack of accountability and the privacy issues, I cannot recommend this practice.

As a parent to one of the therapist here at PPH this review will be somewhat different. Parents are suppose to be the guiding force behind strong product children. And maybe we are in most area’s. But how many of us can reach beyond our own pride as a parent to see that just maybe our children can be that guiding light to help us face some of our own insecurities, short comings, hang ups, fears or faults. My daughter (Melanie) has grown into very compassionate and insightful woman. She is non judgmental. She will never give up on helping you find your happiness. When you hurt she hurts. She is with you for the long haul. Never giving up on you. You are not just a patient or a number. She is your friend for life. And like you there are times I need someone to help me see somethings that need changing in my life. How very fortunate I am to have a daughter who I can honestly recommend. I had a wonderful experience at Psychological Preventative Health! Melanie and the owner were incredibly welcoming and professional. The place was really nice inside, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The decor, featuring comfortable furniture, made the space feel warm and relaxing. The attention to detail in the interior design truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking mental health services. 5 stars!
