We are an LA-based agency that provides behavior services to a variety of individuals, from toddlers to well into adulthood diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Our team is comprised of experienced, educated, and dedicated people who love what they do! We are always ready to serve and help anyone in need. OUR MISSION is to improve lives, productivity, and independence using evidence-based methods. The company was founded by a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), David A. Pyles, PhD, with extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters detailing the Behavioral Diagnostics approach that he developed with Jon S. Bailey, PhD. Dr. Pyles has extended that approach to the use of psychotropic medication for people with intellectual disabilities, which has resulted in decreased psychotropic medication use to treat problem behavior, along with reductions in injuries to staff and clients, and in the use of restraint and other restrictive behavioral procedures in a large state-operated developmental center.
