**UPDATE** 12-4-25 My son has been receiving services 5 days a week for 8 months now and the changes in him are drastic and nothing short of amazing. When school went back in September his teachers and the staff at the school were so pleasantly surprised at the progress he had made over the summer (he started here in May at the end of the school year) my son is a very strong judge of character and I can tell if he feels uncomfortable somewhere and he loves coming to the center for ABA therapy everyday. The staff is always professional and extremely friendly to me and my son, he is happy to be here and never gives me any problems coming in for his sessions as opposed to the absolute meltdowns he would have going into previous centers that we tried to get services at. Overall we are still extremely happy with our decision to send our son here. I'm excited to finally write a review for Q & A Ability Center. My 12 YO son can be quite challenging so to say I was nervous to send him somewhere new is an understatement. When I called to see if they accepted our insurance I ended up on a 40 minute call with the owner. She was kind, helpful, positive and reassuring. I immediately felt far more confident & comfortable. She got him in quick for an evaluation & we got started soon after. It's been a month now & not only am I pleased but my son is actually enjoying spending his day here. My son's pretty wild behaviors didn't scare her or her staff, they knew what to do and have changed course as many times as necessary to ensure everyone's success. The center is just lovely too. Clean, fun, functional ans overall a great experience for kids of all ages. I'm so pleased with our experience with the center thus far, the building, the owner & all the staff.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Q&A Abilities Center in Southgate! This is from a friend of mine that I referred to Q&A abilities center. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. My son has been receiving ABA therapy here for several months now, and the progress he’s made is nothing short of amazing. The BCBAs truly know their stuff—they create individualized programs that actually work, and they take the time to explain everything to parents in a way that makes sense. The facility is spotless, bright, and filled with engaging materials and activities. The RBTs are patient, energetic, and clearly love what they do—you can see it in how excited the kids get when they arrive. Communication with families is top-notch; we get detailed daily updates, and the team is always available to answer questions or adjust goals as needed. Q&A has been a game-changer for our family. We finally feel supported, heard, and hopeful about the future.
