Staff is extremely rude. I checked my son in, and waited for 30 minutes only to be told it was scheduled at another location. The three text reminders and emails sent all had the Moore location listed. New patients should be informed reminder text and emails will be sent to you with the wrong address. Be prepared for communication only through text and email. Office Staff needs to be properly trained and schedulers need to be fired!

Everything started off OK my child has been coming to this place for over a year and a half. We lost my husband 11 months ago and he has been on the waiting list 11 months for feeding speech and PT. They constantly switched therapist. Their conversation skills are not up to par. They don’t know how to communicate effectively I will be going to another place. Thank you.

My child absolutely loves and adores Miss Kim. She is thorough, kind, and compassionate. She is always helpful when it comes to things that we can do at home to help his progress and make sure that everybody’s on the same page. And I feel like the best thing about her is that she is patient! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We are so very thankful we found Emily W! She is/was amazing physical therapist to work with our autism kiddo. She help us in clinic and gave us instructions to continue at home. The front office Amber was so nice and help us with our very tight scheduling. We just overall appreciate the hard work this takes and will always recommend them to others! Go Norman office!

Ms Kim is amazing. Everyone at this place is amazing and understanding about our kids and life. My son has developed so much just being here. I am truly grateful for the staff and therapists. I highly recommend this to anyone with children that need a little extra help.He does so much more on his own. Ms. Kim is so great with him. I can’t say enough great things about her. One of the kindest therapists.
