Radiance Behavior Therapy

I have had a wonderful experience with this ABA center. Since starting, I have seen major progress in my child’s communication, behavior, and overall confidence. One of the biggest milestones has been my child being successfully potty trained, which has made a huge positive difference in our daily life. The staff and BCBA are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about each child’s growth. They keep me informed, listen to my concerns, and celebrate every milestone along the way. I feel confident and truly look forward to the upcoming milestones in my child’s journey. I am incredibly grateful for the support and dedication of the entire team and would highly recommend this center to any family seeking quality ABA services.

I can’t find enough great things to say about the work Victoria and her team at Radiance do week after week. My family and I have been with RBT since early 2025, and in less than a year we’ve seen our son grow exponentially in his communication skills and social maturity. His progress under this team’s guidance gives us great confidence in his future success. Victoria and her team take the time to understand his needs, set targeted goals, and consistently follow through to achieve meaningful outcomes. They have become strong advocates for his success, and as parents, we couldn’t be more grateful. On top of this, the team excels at clearly communicating what they are working on at the center and how we can continue practicing these skills at home. Exceptional, caring staff! My six year old daughter (ADHD, Autism Type-1) was their first patient, yet Victoria made the intake procedures and insurance approval process so simple! My daughter’s therapists Madeline and Erin took time to build trust with her and have effectively used different programs to help her achieve goals. We sit down to asses goals periodically to ensure her time is well-spent. Her behavior, social skills, & even hygiene have improved and she is better equipped to handle situations that were once tough for her! She looks forward to going to ABA, as the learning is play-based in a fun environment full of different games & activities! The staff are punctual, communicate affectively, and give daily written updates on specific techniques they’re using and how my child is doing. They’ve provided documentation I’ve needed for RTI and 504 meetings at her school. They’ve even accommodated my limited mobility at drop off & pickup. Although I have missed considerable time with my daughter, I know she is learning invaluable skills that will help her throughout her life. Highly recommend!

Victoria and her staff was a true blessing to my son. She went over and beyond to get him start during the intake process . He has progress so much and such a little time. They are truly amazing people and I’m forever grateful for the support.

I absolutely am in awe of Victoria and her team. Victoria made the process of getting my kiddo started in ABA a breeze and my kiddo has made such great progress since starting. She and the staff are very caring, helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable. I truly could write a book on how great this place is.
