I waited for a response two years ago I insisted many times, they never paid attention to my application. I understand that there are many children who apply but it is not fair that after two years they cannot provide adequate service. If we are calling and insisting it is because we need attention for our children. It is unethical that after so much time they tell you that you must continue waiting.

Honestly, the team at Rainbow ABA feels like part of the family now. They care, they’re patient, and they know how to connect with kids in the best way. We’ve seen real progress and it makes such a difference.

Giselle was very attentive and understanding of my needs towards my child and more than willing to help me out with my insurance questions. Unprofessional, first person who answered was confused and put me on hold; then Giselle got on the phone. I asked if she make sure my sons insurance is active, right away Rude! Asked me to do my Part and check my self!” Really unkind unprofessional response! Of course I know to check on my own: I was just making 100% sure it is so if there are any issues I can call his ins. She still didn’t give me a response and just stated she would send it to their coordinator. If a manager is reading this, that is not acceptable, as a parent with autism it is really hard at times to get our children the help they need, and for us to right away get a rude person on the phone and telling me to do my part and check on my own was disrespectful.
