Sorriest transit ever. Buses are always behind schedule, sometimes more than an hour so if you have an appointment you'll have to catch the bus 2 hours ahead so you can make the appointments. Have missed several appointments die to this. Also the Transit station is nasty with cigarette butts and grime and needs power washed. Buses also nasty and dirty. This system needs revamped and people held to a higher standard. Worst Transit ever. Do your job and change thing. Their is no such thing as a fixed r because buses have to go to people's homes off the route. Will take this matter to highest official if I don't see some changes. Especially administration officials. One other thing. You have to wait outside in the weather waiting on the bus even at the station where you have to stand around waiting in the heat and cold.

To get mail if you receive your mail at the shelter you can only pick up on Thursdays and you have to go to Case Manger! They don't have enough money to pay for food needs and supplies that shelter residents need complaints about no veggies on trays and no milk or drinks at meals !! Pop machine in lunch area! No bus tickets for like 30 days passes for shelter residents to obtain employment and the transportation bus only goes out on Thursdays! They give an allowance on washing machine if you don't have money to pay for laundry at the shelter
