I have dealt with depression most of my life. This is hands down the warmest most welcoming mental health facility I have been too. Everyone is kind, compassionate and welcoming. My past experiences is psychiatrist do not listen and mainly throw medication at you and don’t really treat your individual symptoms. I have felt heard and seen from day one. Cannot recommend Dr, Swartz and his staff enough.

tell me how I literally get ghosted by an entire business, called for over three months Kept being told that they would get back to me And call me back when they had a moment they would just simply not answer their calls. Let them go to voicemail overall concerning environment for people looking to get support.

Our experience with Reach has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For 10 months, the clinic failed to properly bill my son’s account because they lost part of the insurance information I had provided at the very start of services. I gave them the documentation they requested, trusted they would handle billing correctly, and assumed everything was in order. Instead, months later, I was suddenly told I owed them money — for charges that should have gone through insurance long ago. When I expressed my frustration at their mistake and the financial stress this caused, they shifted the blame onto me rather than taking responsibility for losing the information. A business that works with families, especially in healthcare, should have accurate record-keeping, clear communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience here was the opposite. This situation created unnecessary stress for my family, and I cannot recommend them based on how it was handled.

This office has always been reliable and accommodating! The front desk lady Piper makes you feel like you’ve got a second home, and they’re always fighting for you. The office will work with you on fees and prioritize your health

With the help of my current Psychiatrist who is located in Maple Heights, Ohio and I live in Elyria, Ohio. So I have been reaching out to different mental health places. My Psychiatrist recommended this agency so I called them did the initial assessment over the phone. A day later someone reached out to me and told me that I would be a better fit in a hospital setting where my labs would be monitored on a daily basis ( never been addicted to drugs nor am I a drinker). In all my 22 years of being seen by a Psychiatrist and also being in counseling, I have never heard of this and neither has my Current psychiatrist. I am trying to find a mental health agency closer to where I live. THIS TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!!!

just another “behavioral health” facility that houses psychiatric doctors that are against benzodiazepine usage. one could simply say they demonize the category into oblivion. yet then at the same time, they’ll use you like a lab rat testing various other psychotropic medications with just as bad if not worse side effects/addiction/withdrawal potential.

They made the whole intake process really easy and not intimidating, which was huge for me because I’ve never been to therapy before. I was nervous, but the front office and my therapist were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for first-timers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would recommend for anyone that’s looking for therapy and/or medication. Jessica at the front desk is awesome and friendly along with her dog Piper who I always love to see. I do the Sprovato treatment and Sara is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Dr. Swartz is the best psychiatrist I’ve seen and I’ve seen a few. He listens, tries to fix your problems and offers various options. You can tell him and the rest of the staff genuinely care. He’s the best psychiatrist I’ve been to. I can’t say enough good things about Reach. They’ve helped me a lot. They offer virtual appointments too.
