Ive struggled for years with my hands and due to some very serious and complex health issues, I had been putting off surgery. As a last ditch effort before surgery, my pt recommended Reach Hand Therapy to me. I met with Kate the first time and have been seeing Lani ever since. Not only is Lani incredibly kind but she has helped me so much. I'm not the easiest person to treat because of how complex my health is and she's been fantastic at listening to my limitations and coming up with new plans. I honestly was so hesitant about trying again for treatment but am so grateful I gave it one last time. I've recommended them to several friends that are having hand issues and will continue to do so!
I highly recommend Reach Hand Therapy. Kate helped me for the last 6 months learn exercises to help with my arm, elbow and wrist issues and I now no longer need to go since I have the tools now to keep the injury at bay. Kate is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a wrist/Thumb problem with limited motion. Shelby at Reach Hand Therapy worked with me and determined the root cause of the problem and then focused on strengthening and increasing the motion. After 4 visits my wrist/Thumb are practically pain free. I am still regularly following up on the exercises she has suggested. Thank you

I'm so glad that I found Kate to help with my thumb/hand. I've been seeing her since summer 2024. Unfortunately, I ended up needing thumb/hand surgery, so I continued to see her post-op as well. Kate is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and committed to helping her patients heal. I've made lots of progress. Also, Eubhe (Kate's admin) is wonderful. Thank you Kate and Eubhe for all your time and care in my recovery :)
It was such a pleasure working with Kate. She is very knowledgeable and always upbeat and positive. She has a wonderful way of making the healing process and exercises interesting, easy and fun.
